      Large company. One has freedom to rotate around every couple years to new roles. Many employees have been with company for years and tend to build long-standing working relationship and work communities.

      Inconvénients

      Large company. Figuring out processes can be a challenge. Executive-level management can be out-of-touch with on-the-ground realities faced by the working rank-and-file

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
