Avantages
-The people are usually friendly and helpful. Treat the operators with respect and they'll treat you with respect in turn -Learning experience -Generally, you'll move up quickly if you stay 2+yrs, since many people leave before then -Lots of potlucks -It's a job.
Inconvénients
The Big Ones: -Low pay -Bad insurance plan ($1k deductible, $2k w/ only 20% met, and then finally coverage) -Quite a bit of "cost of doing business" transactions going on -Expected to work crazy overtime Smaller Deals -No where good to eat -Rumor-mill -Not much to do in the town
