They talk about integrity as a core value and then the CEO has a sordid affair with A hired executive consultant that ends with gunshots into his home from his wife, Followed by A divorce and the firing of the consultant but the CEO maintains his job and says it's personal and none of anyone's business so will not be discussed further. Low Morale and chaotic management and constant change is typical.
