      The pay could be substantial, over a thousand a week.

      Inconvénients

      The position I had of unloader was hot and hazardous, working with molten lead.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Inconvénients

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
