      Big corporation, lot of opportunities.

      Inconvénients

      TIght to decisions of local managers, who are being highly empowered to protect themselves among their subordinates. When looking outside, the real world outside JCI can be much more easier to live and better rewarded.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Inconvénients

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
