      Avantages

      Intuit has launched new site offices across Australia that are growing rapidly (I was recently hired). The recruitment and onboarding process was painless, and the team in general consists of spectacular individuals. I have yet to meet someone that wasn't welcoming or helpful. The team is so hard-working, but really makes an effort to have a great time in the office. I have never walked into a new job and felt better about the environment and focus of the company.

      Inconvénients

      This may be a downside for some people: it wasn't for me. Intuit is a huge global company where the head office is out of CA, USA. Depending on the role, it might mean limited communication or remote employees.

      Avantages

      Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

      Inconvénients

      They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
