      Avantages

      1. Project management and release process 2. The roadmap is well defined for at least QBO 3. Good technical and helpful environment to work for 4. They are focussed more on innovation and lot of scope for it 5. Utilising the right engineer for right task 6. One of the best facility for food , cabs and project parties ( Lots of employee benefits ) 7. Lot of scope to grow professionally and technically 8. For every occasion you will get some goodies :)

      Inconvénients

      1. Few old timers are domain experts and create political environment 2. Few project like TurboTax having lot of work load and sometime not properly planed

      Avantages

      Great pay. Overtime, loyal team the supervisors are really concerned about you. They make sure you are trained and have help when taking calls.

      Inconvénients

      It’s seasonal and then it’s over.

      Avantages

      Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

      Inconvénients

      They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
