Avantages

- Work life balance. Intuit is really encourage us to work within only business hours. My manager is doing a good job at it. - Good direct manager. I was in a group that had so many changes and politics. After re-org, my current manager is good and I am happy with the management once again. - Competitive salary. I compare the salary in the market and Intuit offers a very competitive salary for my position. - Stability. Intuit is big and the project usually has a long life span, so the job is somewhat stable. - Location, Mountain View is a good location - Within certain guideline, telecommute/working from home is allowed.

Inconvénients

- The company is too big and too much politics. - Hard to innovate with the product offerings that they have. Its restricted by business requirements. - Too much paper works. - Not sure if there is a proper career growth plan for me.

Avantages

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Inconvénients

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
