      Avantages

      The benefits and pay are OK, possibly even good for this economy. The people are by and large great. The location is nice, and parking is a breeze. Recent changes show a potential for reduction in infighting within the division, and the potential for focusing on important goals. This division has the potential to be one of the best in all of intuit.

      Inconvénients

      The economy in this area is tanking. There are significant concerns about the divisions long term viability with the current leadership and goal prioritization. Every year we have had significant opportunity to grow amazing directions. One day we will actually take the opportunity to follow through on taking advantage of the opportunities.

      Avantages

      Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

      Inconvénients

      They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
