Avantages

-Cool open culture -Beer in the refrigerator - has been really fun, concerned that it won't last though

Inconvénients

-Management tends to be a little arrogant, they talk down about anyone that is not part of their team -We have way oversold everyone on our own value in the industry. -I have heard some rumblings from upper leaders that the Eagle location is not part of Intuits long term plans. I am pretty concerned that there will be layoffs in the office or possibly a shutdown in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns. We truly value candid feedback from all our team members -- past and present. I can emphatically say, as evidenced by the jackhammers I hear above me as we build out our 3rd floor, we are committed to growing our Eagle, Idaho based team (hiring another ~100 in the next year alone!). As an Intuit owned company, we will maintain the “cool open culture” that you mentioned appreciating here at TSheets, and that we focus on as a leadership team every single day. I can’t emphasize enough our commitment and continued investment to our community, our customers’ success, and most importantly, living and breathing our company's core values. I am dedicated to remaining honest and transparent with the entire team as we navigate (and conquer!) this new landscape together. Matt Rissell VP, TSheets Time Tracking Segment

Avantages

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Inconvénients

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
