      Avantages

      Working at Intuit, I'm always working on something new and exciting. I feel in charge of my career destiny, and the opportunities available enable me to find something I love to do, working with people I enjoy working with. People are well compensated, accomplishments are recognized, and the those that don't contribute are worked out of the company.

      Inconvénients

      Intuit has been around the block for awhile, so some of the challenges are dealing with the legacy success the company has had. If you aren't patient in working through big problems, you could be frustrated with the pace. But if you take a longer term view and understand that change of large organizations takes time, you'll be amazed at how fast Intuit can change.

      Avantages

      Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

      Inconvénients

      They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
