Although they are supposed to pay employees back when they leave (or get dismissed) - they refuse to do so under the pretext that the company is broke (yet they keep telling their employees that the company is thriving.... Nonexistent corporate culture Nepotism is the way to go when it comes to promotions. The president bases the future on past successes he will never replicate again.
