      Many opportunities to move into other positions. Work from home, bonus, generous raises.

      Inconvénients

      You may WFH but most of your day is filled with completing your tasks. You will have to work on federal holidays, Mardi Gras.

      Interviewed for a internal role in a second round in a team - the team didn't sell the role, the impression I got was you will work nights and overtime to commit to deadlines. questions asked: - examples of situations in your current job where there was disagreement between you and someone else in team. Thought this was too intrusive - how do you handle disagreements - how are you able to multi-task - are you able to commit to deadlines Got a very bad vibe with the team
