      Communication between departments and programs does not come easy. In many cases when new products or processes are implemented all areas who will be impacted are not involved in the implementation process and not always notified when launch occurs.

      Interviewed for a internal role in a second round in a team - the team didn't sell the role, the impression I got was you will work nights and overtime to commit to deadlines. questions asked: - examples of situations in your current job where there was disagreement between you and someone else in team. Thought this was too intrusive - how do you handle disagreements - how are you able to multi-task - are you able to commit to deadlines Got a very bad vibe with the team
