      Avantages

      A lot of interesting projects to get involved in. Great people to work with. Salaries are very good.

      Inconvénients

      Disconnect in the departments. Issue with team being split by Louisville, KY and Chicago. Not a lot of direction from upper Management

      Interviewed for a internal role in a second round in a team - the team didn't sell the role, the impression I got was you will work nights and overtime to commit to deadlines. questions asked: - examples of situations in your current job where there was disagreement between you and someone else in team. Thought this was too intrusive - how do you handle disagreements - how are you able to multi-task - are you able to commit to deadlines Got a very bad vibe with the team
