Too big to care - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Humana

The upper hand doesnt have a clue what is to work a typical day in the trenches with the troops. They are coming up with new programs and incentivities and when we speak up to say they arent working no one listens or cares. I dont think upper management has ever spent a day answering the phones or even listening.
