      If you work hard you will be rewarded. Both financially and by opportunities to succeed. Benefits are very good.

      Inconvénients

      Company tries to be too innovative and it gets them into trouble at times. Have been burned several times by upper management. Lots of change taking place right now with healthcare reform.
