      As an employee, i have to pay very high Healthcare cost than alot of other companies out there. There is limited opportunity to grow; ”its who you know not what you know culture”

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
