      Good company, but some of the supervisor could use additional training in regards to dealing with the employees.

      Inconvénients

      The layoffs we lost so many good people, but it was a pleasure working for both Health market & Insphere.

      Tons of resources, easily available feedback from superiors, company offers motivating trips if reach sales goals

      Inconvénients

      No local office to report to, variable schedule, very busy during open enrollment and must renew licenses yearly
