Highly unstructured onboarding, over promising/under delivering, lack of organization, poor communication - Avis employé Manager Harris Computer

Highly unstructured onboarding, over promising/under delivering, terrible organization (leading to confusion and/or overwork), poor communication, poor goal structure. I wasn’t entirely certain of the fit and, even though I initially said no to the job offer, they insisted that I was the perfect fit and increased the salary offer. I quickly regretted my choice to accept the offer in the proceeding 3 weeks due to a very poor onboarding experience, and everything else mentioned above. I was introduced into this role with an expectation of being able to fill the very large gaps in the company without any formal training. They quickly realized that I wasn’t a good fit and they fired me. I have an amazing track record and had never been fired from a job before. This was a very clear lack of good judgment on their part. A very disappointing experience to say the least, unjustly leaving me feel like I was inadequate.
