      Avantages

      Great support staff, awesome benefits package both included and additional elections, fantastic HR support services. Resources includ other business units helping with questions and Mentoring. HUGE potential for advancements and ability to move with in business units.

      Inconvénients

      Integrations are a bit rough. Finance is terrible. Super slow, very cumbersome, transitioning clients to their billing platform was horrific. Operationally do more with less mindset. If you were lean b4 prepare to get leaner.

      Great company to work for, though they are all about the next thing to acquire.

      Inconvénients

      401K plan is a 'maybe we will match' type thing. Could be much better.

      A lot pressure, new processes implemented with not enough training, your job is mainly figure out as you go
