Avantages
We get a bunch of individual freedom to find solutions to problems. We get to think outside the box. The work is not on the cutting/bleeding edge but very close to being on the cutting edge. I like not having to be in a cookie cutter job. Also the benefits, vacation time and the casual biz environment makes it a great place to work. At a Harris Christmas party the CEO talked about the 10 core company values and that really sums up why I like the company.
Inconvénients
Not a con for me but Responsibility and Accountability are big here. If you are looking for a place to cruise then this is not the place for you. With the freedom to be creative and solve problems and make cool software comes the responsibility to get things done.
