      Avantages

      First job into the world of IT Wage increase when minimum wage goes up

      Inconvénients

      Pay is very low - they will give small wage increases with caveats. They will give different reasons to each employee why they are getting this tiny wage increase. Lack of support, and definitely felt you are just a number

      They are extremely oriented around their employees on every single level. They make work easy for real, it’s an amazing place to work
