      Great people to work with, very talented people throughout the company, good training opportunities, they do care about work life balance, great facilities.

      Inconvénients

      Promotion pool can get and stay full for a long time, strong performance reviews do not drive promotions, performance calibration system is demotivating.

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Inconvénients

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
