Avantages
Great company culture, tremendous spirit for accomplishment
Inconvénients
Not all departments embody the company culture. Particularly in a certain part of the finance organization, the leadership clearly doesn't understand the people management aspect of the job. They are "out for themselves" and incapable or unwilling to foster a culture of professional development and mutual success. We often hear a lot about what it takes to be a good leader--but this group seems to be exempt and subsequently rewarded with promotions to more senior levels.
