Avantages
Opportunity to learn, grow and work with incredibly talented people. Everyone believes in the mission and puts science and the patient first. There is a great sense of pride and innovation at all levels in the company. Love the casual intensity.
Inconvénients
Sometimes organization changes happen too fast and too often. Risk taking is rewarded, but not always supported when things don't go well. Sink or swim environment in some parts of the organization.
