Avantages

The pay was good and the people I worked with were great!

Inconvénients

The work/life balance really depends on the role that you get. If you're more tied to manufacturing/pilot plant, you're on call and have daily meetings (before 8 AM AND after 4 PM) making it hard to do anything Although we have flextime, it does bleed into personal life and it's hard to manage sometimes. The lab folks had pretty laid back schedules and workloads. The forced ranking system is archaic and causes a lot of distrust in management. Also management should not control your career prospects. It's a really toxic system. I've also seen a lot of microaggressions in the plant and racist comments by operators which made me feel unwelcome.

Avantages

Good pay and a pension

Inconvénients

Everything else. Benefits are lackluster, Flex Your Day policies are elusive. The company changes everything all the time so that a large portion of your time is spent finding new links to things on the portal, figuring out who to contact in various departments and in what country just to get a simple answer to a question. No one stays in the same role long enough to get good at their job. Morale is terrible.
