      Avantages

      Because they move people around so frequently it never feels like you are working with the same people for years. Change is constant and keeps you moving forward. Manager's typically support additional training request and for the most part seem to care about keeping the talent. Pay is good. Safety and Integrity are high priority for all.

      Inconvénients

      They moved from Fairfax VA to Houston TX and probably lost more talent than they will print. The ranking system seems to favor individuals who are smooth talkers. Employees need to do much more than their base job to get ranked higher. Most managers appeared to work around the clock, even on vacation.

      Good opportunities for networking and travel.

      Inconvénients

      A significant HR issue between interns occurred during my internship and was handled very poorly. Once the matter came to HR’s and leadership’s attention, it was not officially resolved until months after the internship had ended. The VP privately apologized for the situation, but the overall response was inadequate and felt as though the situation was being swept under the rug. The lack of timely communication and follow-up created a very uncomfortable environment for a young intern and significantly impacted what was otherwise a positive internship experience.
