      Avantages

      I think it’s so badly managed, it’s hard for me to find positives.

      Inconvénients

      1) Lack of remote work, it’s all 5 days in the office, 2) Extremely poor implementation of Agility, they use a waterfall framework called SAFe. Anti agile. 3) extremely political and toxic environment due to a ranking system in which employees are pitted against each other. Salary increases depend on the result of ranking. Extremely toxic. 4) bad managers promoted, based on friendship or loyalty rather than merit. 5) if you are in IT, this is NOT an IT company and your skills will stall. Avoid!

      Good opportunities for networking and travel.

      Inconvénients

      A significant HR issue between interns occurred during my internship and was handled very poorly. Once the matter came to HR’s and leadership’s attention, it was not officially resolved until months after the internship had ended. The VP privately apologized for the situation, but the overall response was inadequate and felt as though the situation was being swept under the rug. The lack of timely communication and follow-up created a very uncomfortable environment for a young intern and significantly impacted what was otherwise a positive internship experience.
