Avantages
The people is the best reason to work at EM Buenos Aires BSC. During my years of service I have made many friends. This is most valuable when you spend much of your day in an office. The Oil & Gas industry is really interesting and EM is one of the key players in it. That is a Pro. Salary is competitive.
Inconvénients
BSCs concept is like having a professional hub in a remote but cost effective location. Business does not take place there but only it provides support for some activities. Therefore, strategic, business, financial, planning decisions (and consequently job positions) do not exist at the BSC. Daily job is repetitive along cycles. Work-load peaks during accounting closes. Company is really rigid and the most little change demands lot of bureaucracy. There is no yearly bonus. The performance evaluation process is not transparent for employees. It's rather obscure and secret.
