      Avantages

      Grande compensation. Ils paient des augmentations très élevées et élevées chaque année. Grande culture de travail et espace de travail. Équipement de haute technologie Aucune charge de travail Beaucoup de voyages mais aucune compensation pour l'employé. Tous les employés doivent voyager en classe affaires mais aucune compensation lorsque vous voyagez à l'étranger

      Inconvénients

      Ils changent de rôle tous les 2 ans Pas orienté carrière Oubliez les RH. Les RH n'existent pas dans cette entreprise. Ils n'étaient destinés qu'à l'envoi de fiches de paie. Aucun bonus. Le salaire est tout ce que vous obtenez. Mais ils paient très cher. Aucune opportunité à l'étranger

      Good opportunities for networking and travel.

      Inconvénients

      A significant HR issue between interns occurred during my internship and was handled very poorly. Once the matter came to HR’s and leadership’s attention, it was not officially resolved until months after the internship had ended. The VP privately apologized for the situation, but the overall response was inadequate and felt as though the situation was being swept under the rug. The lack of timely communication and follow-up created a very uncomfortable environment for a young intern and significantly impacted what was otherwise a positive internship experience.
