      Good boss, great working environment, probably one of the few companies that was ready when Covid hit by migrating their entire working team to O365 and Microsoft Teams. Flat company structure overall and office politics are kept to a minimum compared to some places i've been

      Average salary Fixed Annual leaves regardless of job level In the midst of transformation, so moving from Waterfall / Fixed mindset to Agile is taking a while

      Avantages

      Loved talking to customers and help them to find the product that best suits them. I would also keep myself updated with all the newest promotions and find the best one for myself. The pay was decent and there was commission on top of that.

      Inconvénients

      My workplace in particular was not as transparent, the guidelines were pretty unclear and sometimes I felt the manager treated people differently.
