Good people getting run off for bad reasons (“bad culture fit” is sometimes their nice way of saying “they won’t answer my phone calls at 9:30 pm on a Saturday and they don’t laugh at my sexist jokes”). Sales org rampant with bullying and tasteless “not politically correct” jokes that don’t belong in a professional environment.
