      Avantages

      - Amazing culture where people want to help one another - I get to work with some of the smartest and hardest working people in the business - Great benefits (gym membership reimbursements!) - Management cares about the growth of the company and all of its employees

      Inconvénients

      Honestly, not a whole lot of cons. Depending on your department, might be some long hours, but nothing that is out of the ordinary (especially for a tech company).

      - great people - amazing product that sells itself once people get their hands on it - innovative company - decent ote and benefits

      Inconvénients

      - comp plan this year for hunters is not aligned with company strategy of focusing on larger, multi-year commits. it incentivizes quantity of deals vs. quality of deals, and payouts on commit $$$ are peanuts.
