Avantages

He can get a deal closed via over-talking you and you agree just to stop having to listen to him , confusing you, coercing you, being condescending, mirroring you, ordering around other staff to do things for them since they can’t be bothered to figure it out on their own. They will be demanding respect and admiration all the same.

Inconvénients

This personality when working remotely has no way to get their frustration with their work out so they take their rage out on their partner at home. I have heard them speaking poorly to their bdrs and name calling. When upset with their manager they resort to low insults about their looks. They were let go from a previous software company for sexual harassment.

- great people - amazing product that sells itself once people get their hands on it - innovative company - decent ote and benefits

Inconvénients

- comp plan this year for hunters is not aligned with company strategy of focusing on larger, multi-year commits. it incentivizes quantity of deals vs. quality of deals, and payouts on commit $$$ are peanuts.
