      Compensation is generally fair to good and they have a lot of training opportunities for employees.

      Inconvénients

      IT has been through several difficult restructures and outsourcing. There is a feeling of uncertainty and instability. Other areas of the company seem to be doing restructures.

      Work from home and flexible.

      Inconvénients

      Outsourcing jobs. They need to keep jobs here in America it really isn't fair and they need to think of their employees.
