      Avantages

      The culture at Invent is great. There are tons of communities and ways to get involved in activities beyond just projects. The atmosphere is always friendly, it never feels hierarchical and you get supported a lot.

      Inconvénients

      Only two promotion cycles a year and they’re now calling the mid-year cycle “exceptional” so it can be difficult to get promoted quickly. Socials have dropped off massively with the new company policy of not being able to expense anything unless it’s strictly project related, which has made it more difficult to enjoy the benefits of working for a fun and inclusive company like Invent.

      Avantages

      Great atmosphere from day to day employees/ coworkers Nice restrooms… Great break rooms, Free drinks and snacks, as this used to be a vending machine until it started costing money.. especially the Austin office. Great receptionist, she was amazing always made sure every employee felt welcomed and ready to work

      Inconvénients

      Terrible management, I mean seriously it’s a joke, you would think corporate America has been shaped slightly different but Jeesh, the Austin office is of two demographics, As this company is really only 2 demographics sadly that is what is pushed on the US side, aside from developers whom are wonderful from the UK house.
