They have slightly better opportunities compared to the big four. Slightly less hypocritical leadership compared to the big four. Good HR practices, but poorly implemented by the delivery teams.

Weak strategic decisions during H2 2022 led to a hiring boom and, subsequently, a considerable bench, which led to an overall panic during H1 2023.

Free drinks and snacks, as this used to be a vending machine until it started costing money.. especially the Austin office.
Great receptionist, she was amazing always made sure every employee felt welcomed and ready to work

Terrible management, I mean seriously it’s a joke, you would think corporate America has been shaped slightly different but Jeesh, the Austin office is of two demographics,
As this company is really only 2 demographics sadly that is what is pushed on the US side, aside from developers whom are wonderful from the UK house.
