Avantages
1) Good salary if you are laterally hired. 2) No timing restrictions, good work life balance. 3) If you get in good project you are rewarded for your work.
Inconvénients
1) Terrible place to start for freshers , long bench periods , not too many projects 2) Low compensation and hikes as well 3) Difficult to move up the career ladder.
