      Avantages

      Company enjoys great image at other companies (that have no first hand experience of working with Capgemini) Free coffee at the office Sometimes free food at the office IT Equipment is good

      Inconvénients

      - Digital transformation means implementing ERP systems in the SSCs outside the big cities and doing online courses to get "digital certificates" - Minorities are treated sometimes as second class citizens, meanwhile company tries to virtue signal with all kinds of "help refugee programs" - Principal level people: jerks with little to none management competence - Company does body leasing for German Dax30, this has nothing to do with management consulting or digital transformation - Politics, Politics, Politics: if you are ready to lick everyone's arse - you will have bright future at Capgemini Consulting

      Avantages

      Great atmosphere from day to day employees/ coworkers Nice restrooms… Great break rooms, Free drinks and snacks, as this used to be a vending machine until it started costing money.. especially the Austin office. Great receptionist, she was amazing always made sure every employee felt welcomed and ready to work

      Inconvénients

      Terrible management, I mean seriously it’s a joke, you would think corporate America has been shaped slightly different but Jeesh, the Austin office is of two demographics, As this company is really only 2 demographics sadly that is what is pushed on the US side, aside from developers whom are wonderful from the UK house.
