Avantages

Recently refurbished office environment - getting pressure from the parent company to evolve toward true digital transformation consulting; few examples of good senior VPs mainly in the Financial Sector or Opex; potentially great values when applied and lived by very few. great HR team let down by bad top management.

Inconvénients

Led by a lobby of old fashioned EY consultants from old failed merger; keen to maximise utilisation without regard for Client or employees interest; a bully culture of managers telling what to do rather promoting development and initiatives; big silo mentality; management don't like to be challenged and don't like change; just maximising their own income before retiring; worst areas to work are Customer Experience Practice and Consumer Goods Sector

Avantages

Great atmosphere from day to day employees/ coworkers Nice restrooms… Great break rooms, Free drinks and snacks, as this used to be a vending machine until it started costing money.. especially the Austin office. Great receptionist, she was amazing always made sure every employee felt welcomed and ready to work

Inconvénients

Terrible management, I mean seriously it’s a joke, you would think corporate America has been shaped slightly different but Jeesh, the Austin office is of two demographics, As this company is really only 2 demographics sadly that is what is pushed on the US side, aside from developers whom are wonderful from the UK house.
