Avantages
Flexible timings as per company norms. When work is assigned, it depends on your manager wether you have to stay late or not.. Pay is good, only thing is it depends on you how you negotiate it. Comparatively my experience was good as I was from a startup before joining Aricent.
Inconvénients
HR persons are pathetic. They only assure to help but you will not be able to find them when they are needed. You have to take care that you need to be billable (engage with some client) within six months of your joining so as to not get fired. It happened with me, So try not to work for free i.e without charge-code.
