As the review title mentions: - weak leadership (they lack motivational skills and sometimes even people skills, professionalism, technical skills are also severely lacking); - unrealistic expectations (top management submits unrealistic budgets to group and when they don't deliver, heads fall among sales and operational, top performers "heads" who "milked" their clients to the limit); - speculative approach in customer relationships and lack of follow-up; - low quality in delivery (6 out of 10 Perm consultants have no idea what they're doing and mostly wait for applicants); - promises for raises or other benefits that don't happen or, if they do, it's often more than 1 year later; - unaccountable management (actions taken due to their request or following their approval impact operational staff; if things go south, amnesia suddenly sets in for all managers); - high turnover due to huge amounts of pressure.
