Avantages
the people you work with you make a great connection and have a good laugh which makes it a joy to go to work, it helps develop new friendships and relationships inside and outside of work.
Inconvénients
when one employee leaves they dont replace and the workload then gets split between those that are left but then thats gets too much for one employee driving them to leave and once again the workload is then again split between those that are left which then causes high stress , tiredness and feelings of resentment between friends which then causes more arguements and drop in work morale.
