Perspective commerciale
Avantages
- Can be pretty flexible, which is good if you're a student - Good atmosphere among colleagues - Decent wage if it's not your full-time job
Inconvénients
- As I was leaving I noticed that due to cut-backs, staff that retired/left were not replaced meaning that often the store did not have enough colleagues - Having to be graded on customer friendliness by Asda's own mystery shopper. I always provided good service, but it's hard to be jolly after 7 hours into a 10 hour shift.
