Avantages
If your looking for flexibility over reliability then ASDA has turned to this. With the huge turnover in staff and management a lot of different characters come in and out. This has lead to some really good friendships in my time here.
Inconvénients
With companies like Lidl paying a living wage ASDA refuses to listen to paying anywhere near those rates. Even though Walmart was ranked 1 on the Fortune 500s richest business' list. Managers are either complacent in their job role having been there for years or are in a different store less than a year from arriving. Progression is only upwards. If you do not want to progress into their gang culture roles provided there is no other way to earn money. Loyalty and morality is thrown by the waste side for yes men and women regardless of work rate.
