Avantages
Good pay rate, always plenty of hours and variety of jobs to do, flexible with departments, good holiday and holiday pay system and fair breaks.
Inconvénients
Not always as much communication as is needed, too many section leaders and managers, quite often too much is expected and they don't show much staff appreciation
