      Avantages

      Great support from line managers. Always looking to actively engage employees. The work is fulfilling and actually feels like you are contributing to the bigger picture. Excellent benefits. Great with flexible working, if you have kids, studying etc.

      Inconvénients

      No clear progression path. Salary could be more competitive. A few power hungry individuals but guess that's the same with any big establishment.
