Poor management, the delivery jobs would be inconsistent in terms of delivery postal codes. A lot of flats without lifts. At the end of the shift your back is completely gone, you need to load the containers on the van your self, and unload so it’s double wear on your body. Poor wage! Lack Of equipment in the vans! Sometimes no trolleys No consideration for the employees! Wouldn’t dare do that job again.
