Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Some of the staff are nice. Wide range of departments to work in and usually good overtime unless there is a ban. Christmas bonus is available but rarely get it if your store doesn't do well in the year.
Inconvénients
- management are atrocious - your hard work isn't appreciated or valued - rate of pay isn't enough for the work you do - so much drama and gossiping in the store - confidential chats with managers are not kept confidential whatsoever - overtime bans are regular meaning agreed overtime can be cancelled or none given at all - not as flexible as they make out
